ACES Europe celebrated its XXII edition of the Annual Awards Gala on March 21, which is usually held in the European Parliament but which, due to COVID, has had to take place outside of Brussels, in this case in Torino, the Capital of Piemonte.

Representatives from UNESCO, the European Parliament and UCLG were present at a ceremony that featured a video message from the European Commissioner, Marya Gabriel, to congratulate all the award-winning cities and continue working along the same lines for a more active and sportive Europe.

“It has been a historic day, very beautiful and we have shown, once again, that our awards have extraordinary strength and potential,” said Gian F. Lupattelli, president and founder of ACES Europe.
