New interesting ACES Europe service. Since a while ago, we are working on an “Excellence Management Model” in order to work on a right tool to evaluate the quality of the Sport Services around the cities, base on 4 important topics:

– Customer Satisfaction and expectations
– Long term view of the business
– Process Management
– Learning and daily improvements

Currently we have an easy model approved already by a couple of important cities. This model has been improved and we are happy to offer now to you this tool with the clear objective to have the right parameter to evaluate and validate how we are managing our organizations.
