Naples and Zaragoza finalists 26

ACES Europe has made public the two finalists who will face each other to find out who is the European Capital of Sport 2026 after the report issued by the University of Kosice, an independent entity that has been in charge of assessing the bid files. 

Naples in Italy and Zaragoza in Spain have been the two cities selected, beating the capital of Georgia, Tblisi.

The evaluation visits will take place at the end of October to validate the candidacies and find out who will be the future European Capital of Sport 2026 after Glasgow 2023, Genoa 2024 and Talin 2025.
