UNESCO launches the Global Observatory for Women, Sport, Physical Education and Physical Activity

ACES Europe as official partner of UNESCO informs that the Global Observatory on Women, Physical Activity, Physical Education and Sport has been established in Switzerland as an incubating association.

Thanks to the commitment of the Swiss authorities, including the Canton of Vaud, the City of Lausanne and the University of Lausanne, this launch marks the outcome of a process initiated at the Fourth International Conference of Ministers and Senior Officials Responsible for Physical Education and Sport (MINEPS IV) in 2003, and confirmed in 2017, at MINEPS VI, within the framework of the Kazan Action Plan (KAP).
