The 36th ACES Europe Gala, hosted at the CONI Hall of Honor in Rome, celebrated Italian cities and sports figures for their exceptional contributions to promoting sports.

The event saw Genoa as main awarded city as European Capital of Sport 2024 with Naples for 2026.

ACES Europe praised these communities for their initiatives in using sports as a tool for social development and inclusion.

The gala was presided over by Giovanni Malagò, President of CONI, Gian F. Lupattelli, President and Founder of ACES, Angela Melo from UNESCO and other distinguished guests.
