The 11th edition of the European Week of Sport (EWoS) has achieved historic success across ACES-awarded cities, marking the most attended edition ever. Celebrating the 10th anniversary of this European Commission initiative, ACES—co-founder and proud partner since its inception—mobilized 55 cities in 17 countries, engaging over 1.36 million participants, a 5% increase from 2024.

In total, 667 events were held, representing a remarkable 47.5% growth compared to the previous year. Under the slogan #BeActive, cities promoted inclusion, physical activity for all ages and abilities, and healthier digital habits through the 2025 theme “Move More, Scroll Less.”
