At Salone d’Onore of CONI, ACES and MSP President Gian Francesco Lupattelli participated in a prestigious meeting with Thomas Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The event was hosted by Giovanni Malagò, President of CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee), and brought together key figures from the world of sports.

During his speech, President Bach expressed deep gratitude towards Italy, stating:

“The reason I am here is to say ‘Thank you, Italy’.”

He also shared personal anecdotes related to the country, highlighting his long-standing affection for Italy and its significant contributions to the Olympic movement.

On this special occasion, President Bach presented the Italian Olympic community with the prestigious IOC President’s Trophy, also known as “The Sky is the Limit”, symbolizing the strong and enduring bond between the IOC and Italian sports.
