European Capitals of Sport platform

ACES Europe network of cities has developed this week in Lisbon the first meeting in person of the European Capitals of Sport platform. A new initiative of the association with the intention of sharing best practices in between municipalities to get more inclusive and better cities through sport.

Lisbon hosted this interesting event with the cities of Madrid, Sofia, The Hague, Genoa, Glasgow and Paris. Eurocities is also supporting this new project that will be a reference not only in Europe but also all around the world and soon more institutions will join to it.
