As a proud partner of the EUAPPTIVE project, ACES took part in the 3rd Monitoring Meeting held on June 12, 2025 in Vila Nova de Poiares, Portugal – a key step toward the launch of the upcoming #BeActive Challenge 2025.

ACES, as the leading European non-profit association of sport cities and regions, remains fully committed to promoting “sport for all”, with a strong focus on:

✅ Improved quality of life
✅ Stronger community ties through sport

During the meeting, ACES contributed actively to discussions on visibility and communication strategies for the Challenge. As the partner of EUAPPTIVE project responsible for Communication and Dissemination, ACES has designedposters, flyers and different social media visuals, all aligned with the European Week of Sport 2025, branding and values.

ACES will promote the Challenge across its network of cities and municipalities throughout Europe via:

• Official ACES social media channels

• The ACES Newsletter (to be sent to the European cities and municipalities once milestones of Challenge are defined)

Together with other EUAPPTIVE partners, we are preparing for a strong, inclusive and impactful launch of the #BeActive Challenge on July 1st, 2025 – inspiring more people, especially elderly and the inactive people, to move and feel better.
