The Italian Olympic Committee (Hall of Honor) hosted in Rome on May 22 the Annual ACES Italia and MSP Awards Gala.

All the award-winning cities in Italy in 2023 and 2024 received their recognition from the president and founder of ACES, Gian Francesco Lupattelli, as well as from the President of CONI, Giovanni Malagó.

MEPs Rosanna Conte, Andrey Kovatchev and Brando Benifei were also at the event on behalf of the European Parliament.

Likewise, the occasion was used to present the new recognition of the Mediterranean Capital of Sport that Genoa will hold honorarily in 2024 and the candidature of Naples as European Capital 2026 versus Zaragoza and Tbilisi, the other candidates.
