ACES joins the month of Physical Activity and Sport in LATAM
ACES proudly joins the Sport and Development Network in Latin America and UNESCO in celebrating April as the Month of Physical Activity and Sport, an initiative aimed at highlighting the importance of physical activity as a tool for health, inclusion, and social development.
This campaign brings together the International Days of Physical Activity (April 6), Health (April 7), and Sport for Development and Peace (April 6), encouraging cities, institutions, schools, and citizens to organize actions that promote movement, well-being, and healthy lifestyles.
ACES fully supports this type of initiative, in line with its mission to foster active, healthy, and inclusive cities through sport as a cross-cutting policy.
“Being active is more than just exercising; it’s a commitment to building stronger, more united, and happier communities,” stated Gian Francesco Lupattelli, President of ACES.
Through ACES América, a dedicated form has been made available for cities across the continent to register their April activities and officially join this growing movement:

Participating cities will receive symbolic recognition for their involvement, and their initiatives will be featured across ACES social media channels throughout the month.
Because health is built with steps, games, runs, and smiles.
April is the time to get active – join us!
