ACES delegation visits Monaco

As part of the official calendar of activities for Monaco – World Capital of Sport 2025, a delegation from ACES visited the Principality to witness first-hand the impressive efforts being made in the promotion of sport and physical activity.

The day began with a warm official reception by H.E. the Minister of State, during which the ACES representatives had the opportunity to exchange views on Monaco’s vision and leadership in promoting sport, health, and inclusion.

In the afternoon, the official programme continued at the Louis II Athletics Stadium, where the reception with H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco took place. The Prince personally reaffirms his longstanding commitment to the universal values of sport.

The visit concluded with attendance at the Herculis Diamond League Meeting, one of the most iconic international athletics events, held in the very same stadium. This world-class competition served as a perfect backdrop to highlight Monaco’s excellence in hosting top-tier sporting events.

The ACES delegation – composed of President and Founder Gian Francesco Lupattelli, Honorary President Andrey Kovatchev, Secretary General Hugo Alonso, and President of ACES France Robert De Vita – expressed its deep appreciation for the Principality’s dedication and reaffirmed its support throughout Monaco’s year as World Capital of Sport 2025.

ACES remains committed to promoting these shared values and celebrating the power of sport as a tool for unity, health, and international cooperation.
