ACES celebrates the 41st ANCI National Assembly

The 41st ANCI National Assembly took place in Torino, graced by the presence of the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella. This pivotal event, held in an election year, marked the announcement of ANCI’s new leadership team.

Gaetano Manfredi, Mayor of Naples – Naples, European Capital of Sport 2026 – was reconfirmed as ANCI President. Meanwhile, Marco Fioravanti, Mayor of Ascoli Piceno – European City of Sport 2025 – was elected as President of the National Council. The delegation for sports was reaffirmed to Hon. Roberto Pella, ANCI Vice President and Mayor of Valdengo – European Town of Sport 2012.

We extended in person with the President of ACES Italia and ACES Vicepresident, Vincenzo Lupattelli, our best wishes to the new leadership team for the coming term as they continue to promote sports and strengthen communities across Italy.
